Who we are
Get Active was created because we were tired of hearing, “I didn’t even know that event was happening.” Too many students were missing out, not because they didn’t care — but because they didn’t know. So, we built an app to fix that.
Get Active puts every campus event in one place — with details, directions, real-time weather, and reminders. Students can favorite events and get notified 15 minutes before they start. No more guessing, no more FOMO.
It’s not just for students, either. Clubs, organizations, faculty, and even employers can use the app to share events and boost turnout. Our mission is simple: help your peers engage, make campus life exciting again, and even increase enrollment by building a stronger sense of connection. We want every student to feel like they belong and that they’re part of something special.
We’re starting small, but the goal is big — more engaged campuses, more energized students, and a college experience that feels full of life.
